Master of Science: KINESIOLOGY


The Mission of the Master of Kinesiology is to equip students for professional careers by offering an outstanding core kinesiology curriculum that is highly integrated with a Christian worldview so that they will be leaders in a global community. The Master of Kinesiology will offer emphasis areas of Exercise Science and Sport Management. 

The Master of Science in Kinesiology program with an emphasis in either exercise science or sport management requires thirty-three (33) hours with six (6) hour internship. The program is fully online and requires one-year to complete, including Fall, Spring, and Summer terms. The course rotations will offer two courses per term (four per semester), allowing a student to complete the program in a 12-month period if summer classes are taken.

Schedule of Course Offerings for the Program
The Master of Science in Kinesiology program's projected order of courses taken will be in a 6-term schedule. The courses will be offered in a cohort fashion beginning the fall term and including the spring and summer terms. The terms will include Fall Term I, Fall Term II, Spring Term I, Spring Term II, Summer Term I, Summer Term II. Each term will be eight (8) week courses. The Internship will take place during Summer Term I. The program will allow for completion in one (1) calendar year.
